Has anyone ever encountered anything similar or have further troubleshooting sugestions?:

Robbed bit T1 with DID trunk group and LS emulated group.
Inbound DID calls failing about 60% of the time. Was working OK for some weeks after initial turn up.
Channels 1-6 DID emulation
Channels 7-18 LS emulation working OK 100%
Constant DID interdigit timeout errors all DID channels
Bert tests OK from site to provider and provider to site
Board sanity tests and controller tests OK.
Demarc extended about 150-200 cable feet Cat5 unshielded
Provider won't move smart jack. Over $1,000 cust does not want to pay this unless guaranteed fix...
NOTE: Had to adjust line compensation to solve previous problems with T1 synching after any system reboots or 100DCD restores during maintenance-changes

Expecting 3 digits deleting one
Wink DTMF
DID block ported from previous provider. New provider currently working with old provider but haven't found any switching issues yet.

Anyone know the Monitor commands to see DID?

Magix 2.2 v7.2

Interdigit time out errors usually mean that it is not getting the digits fast enough.

I would make sure they are sending Touch Tones and we are still set for Touch Tone.

It looks like you do have adequate TTR's.

I am not sure about the DID, but I noticed that you had some Loop Start emulation trunks, I thought that Avaya did not support those on Magix.

You also can't delete inbound digits using a straight T-1. you would need PRI for this unless the DID trunks are inbound only.

Thanks for replies. We are very aware of Avaya non support on LS emulated trunks and DID manipulation on in only.

In this case the LS emulated trunks work fine but the DID has some other problem. DID was working fine initially.
