My company is looking into getting 384K Fractional T1. Any recommendations?

I am as well. I want to know is it recomended to get a voice data integrated solution? are there problems with redundancy?

Should we just get a DATA only T-1 and then get regular fone lines? Any advice is appriciated.

From my research so far, US LEC was highly recommended for both voice and T1. We are looking into getting fractional T1 for data and PRI for voice.

Only get a PRI if you have a need for 23 phone lines. The company I used to work for would take a T1 and channelize it and give the customer say 8 phone lines taking 8 channels and 15 channels of data. It worked pretty well. If your conerned about redundancy the company may be able to run two T1s and split your voice and data among the two. We did that as well and it always worked and saved out butts more times then not. What would happen is the street wireing owner (Bellsouth in our case) would screw something up and take one of the Ts down leaving the 2nd one up. Only half the lines would work but data apeared not to be affected alough it was.

Look for companies that use the AccessBank 2 fro carrier access or IADs from Adtran.

We often quote for both Integrated circuits and dedicated data T-1. We can do some PRI, but that's a regional matter.

Keep in mind that Integrated service will require several inside devices to route the data lines and PBX/terminate the phone lines.

An integrated T-1 is often priced fairly low relative to a full data T-1, often 500Kbps is the data side.
