T1 circuit for option 11

So I do NOT need to upgrade first? because i had another site at rls. 18.30 and I installed a T1 circuit that had B8ZS (by the way, i don't have a clue what that means) and the switch was something else (i forgot) and it was a nightmare and the T1 dropped EVERY SINGLE DAY until i upgraded them. I want to avoid the same thing happening. thanks
