On the Amphenol I think it's voilet/orange - orange/voilet for the transmit and voilet/green - green/voilet for the recieve. I just did these a few months back. You may need the voilet/blue and voilet orange pairs in the Amphenol.
The DB15 is wired to pins 1, 9 (transmit), 3 and 11 (recieve)
The RJ45 is standred pin configuration.
pin 1 = white/orange
pin 2 = orange/white
pin 3 = white/green
pin 4 = blue/white
pin 5 = white/blue
pin 6 = green/white
pin 7 = white/brown
pin 8 = brown/white
You will need a roll over on whatever type of connectors you use.
