I am putting a T1 on a partner, I have it connected and I can access the the lines, they are 12-21, I have set them for T1-E&M, then I went into the lines area and set them all for DID, then I went into DID mapping and setup my DID's to extensions, but I cannot get the DID to ring the extension, do I have to put the lines 12-21 on the phones or take all lines off the phones?? The customer just wants the DID to ring their phone, and if they are busy have the voicemail answer. Maybe I missed something easy, as I am used to working on Legends/Magix's.

Your close, just make sure the number of expected digits matches the acutal number of digits recieved and that the numbers the CO is sending is what you expect to get.
Good Luck

I had those setup as well, but I called the provider and made sure, I was right expecting 4, but the provider was sending CID, which I told them we couldnt do, and they took it off and my DID's started working. HAHA I am not crazy!
Thanks anyway
