GroundWire
IS-IT--Management
Hey guys..
I've got a customer who is getting ready to order a fractional T1 to plug into their Merlin Legend system.
Needless to say, I'm really nervous about all of this, as it's the first T1 I've done on a Legend, and I don't want to have problems. :/
The CLEC is asking questions about signalling, etc.. and I'm not sure I have the correct answers for said questions.
Let me confirm I know what I'm talking about:
The circuit needs to be provisioned as D4/AMI.
I need the individual channels to be "Ground Start" emulated.
They will be sending me 3 digits, and I'm going to make sure the number block we get assigned starts at xxx-x100.
I'm still really confused by all of the talk I've read about CUSTOM SWITCH TYPES, and stuff. I need to know exactly what to tell them. The CLEC needs answers by tomorrow morning. In case anyone is wondering, we're using Advanced Telecom Group in Washington state.
I know I need to actually do this to learn, but I don't want to learn on someone elses live cut!!
