I have a loop (29) that i happened to look at today and it showed Faulty HW: Overload. No channels showed up. What does this mean? I don't know how long it's been that way. And if that loop is the first choice and my copper is the second in a rout, are the calls now going to hit the copper? This is very important for me to know.
also, I looked at three cards in my PBX (I am not a tech but I know red light is bad and green light is good). here's what I found:
1) Dual PRI card--DCH light is GREEN
ODS - RED
DIS - RED
RED - RED
ACT - Green

2) Dual PRI card--DCH light is unlit (neither red/green)
ODS - RED
DIS - RED
RED - RED
ACT - Green

CNI -3 (don't know what this is)
Port A - no light
Port B - RED
Port C - RED

Please help. I am very nervous when it comes to T1 issues. Thank you.

Try reseating the T1 card for loop 29 then reenable it. If it does not come up then you most likely have a bad card.

Thank you. But i still don't know what's going to happen to my traffic going over that loop. will it automatically go over the copper?

That depends on your routing. If you don't have a second choice on the rlb for that loop it won't go any where. Print the rlb in ld 86 and see what entry 2 or entry 1 is then you can determine what happens to the calls.
