Hi Folks,
I have 2 virtual T1 connections in an Option 11C going to a predictive dialer for agent audio (using NTAK09 DTI cards). Each morning, the dialer goes through a scheduled reboot, causing both spans to drop. About 60% of the time, they don't recover and I have to disable/enable them in LD 60.
The Nortel tech so far can't seem to find an answer. Anyone else know how to fix this?
Here's the settings in LD 73:
