How can I T-style Report in Crystal Report like below

If I've understood correctly what you're after, you should put all of the main block in a single detail section, which can have as many lines as you like. Totals can be report totals or whatever.

You can combine text and a total using a formula field, or by adding the field to text on the screen

As Madawc pointed out, if all of the fields on your report are static (i.e., listed even when the values are zero), then it's a simple matter of arranging everything the way you want it in a single Detail section.

If your Receipts & Payments columns must fluctuate, then it gets a bit more tricky. The simplest method may be to just build each column as a subreport, so that the types can be easily grouped. The individual column totals can be passed from the subreports to the main report as variables, then added in the appropriate footers.
