T-3 coaxial cable length

Hello all. What is the longest a coaxial cable can be for a T-3 circuit? Our d-mark is atleast 200' away from the equipment that the T-3 is connected to.

So I should be okay then? Our CSU/DSU is about 200' away from our end equipment (router).
