I have a customer with a regular T-1 (not PRI) that is recieving inbound toll free calls using DNIS.
The telco is sending me 680 as one of the DNIS, so I re-numbered an adjunct port as 680. I then did a follow me from the QCC console so the call would ring the QCC during the day mode. I could have renumbered a Calling Group and overflowed it tp the QCC, but using the adjunct seemed to work better because it allowed me to assign a Name to ID the toll free call. So far, so good........
The problem I am having is that I can't seem to figure out a way to get this same call to get answered by the Auto Attendant when the system is in the Night mode! The system does not let me assign any T-1 trunks to the Lines under Night Service Group Assignments, so the toll free calls just continue to ring the QCC even in the Night mode.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
