On an option 11c, is there ia way to display the real time status of T-1 channel signalling bits?

No - you will need a T-berd or similar T1 testing equipment

You can go to LD 60 and do LCNT to list a count of your presetted parameters such as frame slippages, bipolar violations, CRC checks, loss of frame. First, reset the counters with RCNT and then use LCNT to see speed in which the count changes. If the numbers add up quickly, suspect a faulty T-1, clock, or span from Bell.
