T-1 Remote Package Delay Connection

The system is a MICS 5.0 XC with T1 and LS/DS cards with remote packages set up.

1. Calls comming in on LS/DS and going out on LS/DS (remote packages)connect fine.
2. Calls going out via T1 connect normally, no problem.
2. Calls comming in on LS/DS and going out on T1(remote packages) experience a delay of 5 seconds for far end to hear MICS caller after being connected. The MICS caller hears the far end right away though.

Has anyone heard of this before? darnold@americaii.com
