T-1 question

Ok, I have a customer that has 2 Partner systems in the same building, 1 system on each floor. They are bringing in a frac. T-1. They also require that they have seperate phone numbers for each system, for tax purposes, as these 2 companies are owned by the same person.

I need to know if the T-1 can be split between these Partner systems and each have their own phone number?

I know that one system is an R6, and the other is older, so I need to get a min. R6 in there so it will handle the T-1.

is the T going thru a channel bank or connect reach ?

most of what I see in this area the T comes in to a channle bank or a connect reach that is supplied by the CLEC and then is split out to a 66 block demarc and is then handled just like a POTS line
