Have 2 sites using DCS one is a s8700 one is a g3si.

Both work fine in all aspects but one. if i call from one office to the other and it covers to the MM it is not sending the caller ext number. I see the call sending it from the other PBX but it seems to drop it when it gets to the QSIG trunk going to the MM. I am sure this is some damm thing i am missing but wondered if anyone has seen this one before.

Hello Ken,

When you trace the call using OHV, the calling extension information is blank? Is this true for both internal and external calls?

Regards,

Seezer

It is blank on all calls from a different office that is using DCS. All other calls work fine.

You have change pub field administered for the DCS trunk group?
Maybe something missing in the change communication processor form as part of your DCS setup?

The customer got it working and it was the Pub numbering
