T-1 Installation on KX-TD1232

Recently installed a Suertrunk with DIDs. Any DID call rings on all phones. Wink start is set up, B8ZS, ESF is set up. Channels are enabled and assigned to Group 8. WHat is the problem? I am able to call out, but DID calls ring in all phones.

ist sounds to me to be that the ddi no: you have assigned to the grp is not the same as the one being sent.. to chk this ring into the system leave it ringing, on the main phone press the star button (*) a couple of times. you will see the display change if you see the no you rang then this should be entered as the ddi.


are you using software to prog or handset??

Thanks for your input. I found that I had changed the channels from being TIE to DIL and that was causing the problem. Again thanks for your input.
