This is a MICS w/XC 2.0 w/ one T-1. The customer complains of calls being dropped a few times every few days. We called TelCo to do an end to end with the CO. They found everything to be OK, except they see the MICS receiving B8ZS but they see the MICS transmitting out AMI, which could be causing the dropped calls problem. When I check the hardware, the line coding is B8ZS. Does anybody have a sugesstion on what I might be missing? I also found out that this problem existed prior to the install at this particular location- at the previous site the system was used at. I appreciate the input!
