Sytem notifications in Netware

I have a site which is running Arcserve 6.6 for Netware. They have two users at present who recieve netware messages relating to arcserve jobs, they want a thrid person to receive these messages. All three users have got security equal to admin. Does anyone know where I need to add this third user??
