In an application I am writing, I give the user the ability to change the Background and Foreground colors on many of the screens. I have one form that controls this. On the bottom of the form, I have command button that reads "Restore to System Colors".

Question: is there a system variable that holds the color? If so,
can you show me how to access it?

Press F2 to open your object browser. Find SystemColorConstants. There you will find what you need

Thanks for the advice. SOOOOOO much to learn. It's hard coming from a "in-line" programming envioronment. I use to work with COBOL all the time.
