Is it possible to import the system date into a particular field.

Thereby everytime the end user enters their sales details, the time and date is automaticaly recorded, in turn these can then be sorted by various time frames?

Hallo,

Create a field (datSalesDate, type Date/Time) in the table you are populating. In the Sales Details form put the following line in the Form AfterUpdate event procedure:
me!datSalesDate = Now
You can display the field on the form if you like, but you might want to make it Locked.
