Is it possible to create, in effect, a system-wide set of formula and parameter fields? I'd like to have these defined in one report, then access them from a number of other reports. For example, I'd like to input term-value in a parameter field, then use the corresponding date value from the formula field, last-day-enroll. Last day to enroll is information not stored in datafiles.

You might do some of this in CR 9.

As for sharing an entered value, Crystal doesn't do this, that's what databases do, store data.

You might derive a date though, for instance if you need the last of the month/week or whatever, create a formula to do this.

Consider posting technical information, such as version used, database, example data and expected output.

In Crystal 8.5, you can use copy-and-paste to duplicate formula fields in a new report.
