Good afternoon experts. I apologize if there is an answer somewhere, but I couldn't find one (not actually sure how to word this in a search, as I think it is something weird on our system). This is on a Mitell 3300 8.0SP3.
We have a system voicemail box that is 9999 it is what you hear when you call in from the outside to the main # and no one answers. Sounds right eh? Well, there is also a voicemail box on 0 as well. So if you call 0 from your desk, you get a different voice message. This voicemail box also picks up if someone calls a DID from the outside, hits '*' and '0' for the receptionist, and she doesn't answer. How do I configure it so that the main system voicemail is what picks up when dialing '0'? Or is this normally how it should be configured? We've had this system for about 12 years, and someone just now noticed that the 2 messages were different
Thanks for any insight into this.
