There are 3 analog lines connected to the system. 2 lines are from AT&T and are in a hunting group. 3rd line is from another carrier and used as a VOIP line with ATA.3rd line is not in a hunting group with other 2 lines.

If anyone calls to any of the 2 lines then its answered by the auto-attendent and all the features like press *2 for directory and 0 for the operator works.

If anyone calls to 3rd line then its answered by the different auto-attendent and none of the features like *2 works. We tried to change the message of the auto-attendent but we couldn't figure out how to change it?

We can program the auto-attendent for the other 2 lines but don't know how to change it for the 3rd line. Can you please help us?

What voice mail are you using? Merlin Mail, Merlin Messaging, ???

Do you have multiple auto attendants? When you go to change the Auto Attendant greeting, does it prompt you to enter the Auto Attendant Number? Perhaps the 3rd line is answered by AA No. 2 or 3?

Or, if the *2 does not work at all when line 3 is answered, perhaps a MAILBOX is answering, instead of an Auto Attendant? Look in the Lines and Trunks menu for Principal User of line 803, see if a particular extension "owns" the line, and its mailbox is answering.
