System Very Slow/Almost Hangs

My system was runnin perfectly then I installed Antivirus from trend Micro but that was not completely installed and when i restartd my system this became very very slow (almost hangs) takes 5-6 minutes for every action...

then i ran my system in safe mode with nwtworking this is working very fine in this mode ( i uninstalled some packages also) but again in normal mode it is very very slow

I have windows XP OS.
So please suggest what shd i do..

Uninstall the tren micro, delete its folder, restart and if it works fine then try the installation again. Do you know why your computer restarted before it was finished?

I am unable to uninstall this from control panel beca's it was not properly installed . infact i have deleted. This was trend micro's PC Clean internet security ...

But still problem is there.

Use the Freeware tool 'Startup Inspector for Windows'

and check which items are obsolete or 'uninstalled'.
