Hi,

This is a new problem, this station tries to go into sleep mode and this crashes apps that are rolling on that. Oddly, I have all the setting set as NEVER in the energy management settings. When this occurs, it takes some work to "wake" the station up. I have not changed anything that would pertain to that.

I have been trying to find how to desactivate that - since it is not activated anywhere. Now, I do not think it is wise to remove all energy management support in the BIOS, I think this will mean I will have to shut off by hand... worth a check...

I will try that. If I am missing something please let me know.

Cheers!

If you have it set to never in the OS then it most likly is a bios power setting. You can set the bios to never as well and it should not effect how the computer shuts off.
