System Tray on Taskbar

I can't get the Fax Status Monitor to show in the tray so that I can click it to display on the screen.

It works okay on the server but doesn't show on user machines.

I have a shortcut that brings up the fax properties window
and have the right boxes checked in the status monitor tab.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Did you use Add/Remove Programs, or change user /install before you installed the Fax software? CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk
