System Tray and VB

I have created a form with a textbox placed on it,
Whenever the form is minimized i want the control(cursor) in the textbox
so that i can type whtever i want to in the textbox even if the form is minimized..
Even i have placed the form in system Tray..but it isn't working...
What should i do...
In short i want to type in the textbox even if the form is minimized..

form1.visible=false

why would you want to type without looking at what you're typing???
