System Time for Saskatchewan

Good morning,

Enterprise Call Mgr with several locations. All sites have experienced the day light savings time change as expected except for our location in Saskatchewan. Apparently, they do not do the daylight savings time dance. Anyway we can configure this location from changing times automatically twice a year?
