System time based searching in Lotus Notes

Hi,
I am new to Lotus Notes designer. The project requirement is as follows :-
1) There will be a form in which we have to keep whole year Calendar record. The list of all predefined activities. say ..1BD, 2BD, EOM ( BD = Business Day of the month, EOM = end of the month). I have already created that and created the View. We have kept whole year list of predefined jobs against particular day.

2) Another form I have created that is holding ADHOC Job request. This is actually holding the list of jobs for the current day. current week, current month etc..

NOW :-

I want to create a agent which will pickup the system date and will tally the data from MASTER job list and ADHOC job list. And after retrieve the data from both side it will send a mail to users with the mail subject "Today's Activity" so that user can take action accordingly.

Can someone help me to create the agent in lotus script ..?

Before starting to code this baby, have you charted the workflow the agent will need ?

You say that have already coded a form for the whole calendar year. Sounds to me like that could be a lot of fields. More fields means more code to write, and more potential for errors.

You want to cross-check two documents. You will first have to find the right ones to check, then ensure your code does the checking the right way.

Could you describe how you think this should work ?
