Trying to refresh my FOH and it keeps giving me an error on Term 2 (usually the master) that says "system stopped. Waiting for permission to resume..." while it stays stuck on this, term1 continues to reboot itself. I turn term 1 off and term2 on by itself and it will finally let me make it the fileserver.

My EDC wasnt polling. I unregistered and rereg from CTLSVR and EDCSVR and it is polling the CC trans through NOW to the BOH fileserver even though it is running in redundancy.

I have a bunch of req files sitting in EDC that will not automatically authorize (from earlier this week when I had to let it just sit there).

I searched the forums for the "system stopped" info but can't seem to find anything. My FOH and BOH can see each other but they won't connect.

Delete a file called "STOP" in the Aloha(qs)\TMP folder on the fileserver.

that got them talking again but my EDC is still not authorizing the transactions. They are in their processor file with the file name .req but not showing up on the Aloha EDC program. What should I do to get those transactions to show up on EDC since they are sitting in the file?

Also my mag readers aren't working now. Odd. Aloha 6.4.2 and the magreader box is checked, the OPOS reader is selected with "MsMsr" in the OPOS box.

put the req files in \aloha\edc\ not the edc\processor folder.

coorsman.

system stopped can usually be resolved in Aloha manager - Utilities - Start Front Of House
