System Status won't log in

Hello all,

Just handed a system that I never worked on before. Running 8.1 software on a Server 2008 PC with IE10 and Firefox as the browsers, running latest version of Java that was uninstalled and then reinstalled.

When I pull up System Status, it gives me the log in page, I can enter the username/password, but nothing happens. I can't even close the window normally. I have to go to task manager to close that program

Manager and VM Pro software works just fine.


I'v never seen this before.

Is the problem, IE10? Or something else?

Try from a different PC. Don't remember when they added it but you can browse to the IP Office system and launch SSA directly from it.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
