I am seeing a lot of entries that say for example:

The following line had no incoming route for a call
LINE:10
Line Group
DDI 7777 and other numbers. None of which are our DIDs.

The occurrences at high. Some in the hundreds and on the same day. This site has complained about busy signals inbound, and out bound. They have 2 PRI's. The carrier thinks they fixed the outbound, but are pointing fingers at the PBX for the inbound busies. We have made not changes in months to this site.

IPO V2 9.0

Thanks,

Chaz

It means that callers dialled the 7777 number and there is no incoming call route which matches the number so the call is rejected by IPO.
The caller gets busy tone or a error message from their provider.
To avoid that create a ICR for that line ID without a DDI number and give it a destination, tag the ICR with a message so the receiver can see it is a undefined DDI number.

Thank you. I will create a route for that
