System Speed Dial uses wrong# 1

hi my problem is i have the numbers in system speed dial the way they need to be but for some reason if i dial 600 instead of it dialing the number i programmed it transfer me to ext 185.i have a Merlin Legend V.7 System.Can someone please give me a remedy to this problem.

OK, here's what's happening:

You are getting dial tone on an INTERCOM/SA Button.

You are then pressing FEATURE 600.

The system is attempting to dial 185 SOMETHING and a phone number.

Here's how you fix it.

Re-enter 600 to have 9p185 and the rest of what you are trying to dial.

That should do it.
