system speed dial pause

Can't seem to find any info on inserting a pause in a digit string when programming system speed dial. (an equivalent to Feature 78 in a MICS)....tried comma, asterisk, dash.....

you type F78 where ever you want a pause. if you want a pause before phone number 123-4567 you would enter F781234567. that is the way it looks in the speed dial list but when you use it you will see the little picture of the watch.
