System Speed Dial Name Change Problem

Hello, Ive been searching and searching and cannot find why I cannot edit the name in system speed dials using element manager. Just says N/A and cannot click to edit. I can add the telephone numbers ok. Anyone had this problem?

u may have to delete the entire entry and start again.

Try downloading the element manager from the system you are on.or at least get the lastest version from a newer system

I have found in the past the older version of element manager wont alwys work on newer system.

If you are using a PC have you rebooted the PC first.
you never know many a thing has been fixed with a reboot

Just delete and re-enter.
