Just added this system to a cluster. SIP is on system A and the extensions are on system B. No issues with SDS errors at all. I programmed 20 new DIDs from the provider sending 7 digits and anytime any of the numbers are called, they ring to just one phone. Always the same phone.

I took an existing DID and pointed it to a new extension and had the same issue.

I do have one trunk group with a single analog trunk for 911 that is programmed to ring to said phone but I don't know how or why all calls would route there.

What is programmed in the Trunk Attribute form for:

Day
Night 1
Night 2
Absorb Digits
Insert Digits

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Check out if you have any intercepts that go to the "said" phone. Something might have changed in what the carrier supplies that the Mitel is not setup to handle ( check SMDR logs for E in the record. E is error ). Therefore the system can't process the call and presents an intercept destination. As kwbMitel says the issue is most likely in the trunk attributes programming.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

it was in teh trunk attribute form. I had the ring in going to that phone and that one attribute was dumping all calls to it.

i created a new attribute with the single analog line to ring in and all was well in the world
