Does anyone know how to configure a linux system to power down completely? Everytime I run "Shutdown -h now" on my server, the darn thing shuts down all the processes but at the end, it just says "The system has been halted. It is ok to Power Down." What I want is for the power to automatically shut off. I use redhat 7 and cannot understand why it does this. I have other redhat servers that have been installed from the same disk, but they power down completely. Please Help.
