Hi All,
I am Sudhakar.I am working as a crm4.0 technical consultant.I have got one requirement.Please provide me the solution for this.
Requirement
" System should alert by an e-mail to all respective customers, if the case is pending for more than the TAT(Turn Around Time, suppose if TAT is 24 hours) ".
I would be very happy if anybody gives earlier response.
