System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException when schedule DTS

I am trying to schedule working DTS in sql server 2005 sp 2 . but I it failed and got this message . I searched at Internet and found this

but still the problem still exist, any one can help please .

Reinstall the SQL Server 2000 tools? where to find it .

Still no solution can solve this issue .

I need a solution please .

Are you asking where to find the SQL 2000 tools? You would use your install CD from SQL 2000, and install only the client tools (if my skimming has been accurate)

The solution outlined in that kb article seems pretty straight forward.

I installed the client tools, but sill the same problem,
I did a lot of search in internet but all suggestion without any benefit so may be one of this forum can help,
