Does anyone have the basic procedure for restoring a CallPilot 2.0 from the backup tape? I trying to put together a disaster recovery procedure for my client. The CP admin guide says to call your distributor. I'm looking for a little more detail than that. Thanks in advance.

System restore from a Backup tape

A full restore from backup requires a distributor password because it is done from the system tools. It sounds goofy, and I don't know why they do it that way, but I have had to do this once and it was the only way I could do it.
No real restore process that way.
