system restarts after about 10 mins

Timed restarts! sure your PC isn't reaching some kind of set heat parameter (look in bios)
Usually down to excessive dust build up in the CPU heatsink/fan unit.

If heat can be ruled out then you need to test your power supply as it might not be keeping up needed voltages.
You need a digital multimeter and google to get a tutorial on how to check your various voltages needed. Or, you can try another power supply.
Also take out any pci cards not needed to run the computer.
Bring it down to a bare minimum and if its working fine then add in one part at a time.
