system restarts after a memory dump....i think

can't find any info on any of these errors
First error, anyone know what the heck this is?
I just dont know what these errors are can anyone help?

initially i thought it was a overheating issue seems its not
i got all these errors through event viewer

DOES IT CONTINUALLY REBOOT? Try removing a memory stick and try rebooting.

I use an IBM thinkpad T21 which I upgraded from Windows NT
to Windows 2000. Now, whenver I try to put my laptop in
standby mode, Windows 2000 reboots. The event log shows
the following:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x00000002, 0x812eeb60, 0x814a9cd0, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini071702-01.dmp.

Can someone tell me how to fix this problem. Please mail
