Have a BCM400 4.0 (unsure of the patches) and I cannot access it via Element Manager. I can access the BCM's webpage and also access the BCM Monitor tool. If I connect to the COM port, I was able to login using nnadmin but the initial configuration screen was blank.
I am able to log in via telset feature 9*8 and I see a "system restart" available, but I can't remember if it's a soft reboot or if it will drop all calls.
Can someone enlighten me on the 9*8 restart please?
