system resources going low while logged onto internet, and crashing

ok, while im logged onto the internet after awhile my system resources get lower and lower, i have memturbo, and it shows alot of free RAM, but after about an hour and a half i gotta reboot, whats up?

Have you looked at syslog and other error logs to see what might be happening? Have you tried to run the top command at various times to monitor system resources and maybe compare low system resources to running processes?
