Hi everyone!
I am the Genesys administrator and today i found this message in the TServer log. When agents attepmt to log on Genesys this error mesagge apperars. I am totally lost in how I can fix this problem, the PBX is working because the agents recieve calls but not through Genesys, wich is the ways is supposed to be. Does anyone know how to fix this error? Here is the fragment of the log:

Hi ,
I got this error message when the DN is not able to retrieve calls from public and when genesys sends the call to the ODN...

When the customer calls the call center, the genesys ERS, sends the calls to ODN (extension) , then check the SERV D5 parameter in MD110. This should be 1 (it means "open for direct in dialing traffic)
