Personally, I would put the system into "setup space", which makes the extensions range from 7100 to 7299, and renumber from there. However, that may cause other changed if you have already programmed your system.
So, to simply renumber 100-199 to 1900-1999, it's going to take a couple of steps. Ext. 190-199 conflict when renumbering to 1900.
System Renumber, Block, Extensions, 100 as the starting number, 199 as the ending number, and 500 as the new starting number.
Now the extensions are 500-599, which was unused before.
Now, System Renumber, Block, Extensions, 500 as the starting number, 599 as the ending number, and 1900 as the new starting number.
Now your extensions are 1900-1999, and then 200-299.
