I have a PIII 800EB (socket 370) That reboots several times on its own. It has Windows 98SE. I have checked all fans and they seem ok. (Still running). Any ideas what the problem is. Thanks

Jim

try and pinpoint it down to a software or hard ware fault by running the Pc in full DOS mode 9 press F8 at startup, then safe mode command prompt). if it does it in this then its a hardware issue, overheating maybe. if it only does this in Windows then that would suggest a OS issue.

Rob If in doubt get the Ball Pein Hammer out
