System reboots after checking voicemail 1

Hi all,

I am currently trouble shooting an Avaya IP Office running 8.1(65). When One user/extension checks their voice mail the whole system reboots has anyone seen this before?

The user is now at 144 voicemails could this be the cause and if so how am I able to selectively go through them and delete them.
 
Personally, I would upgrade the system to R8.1.73. The tail end of R8.1 had a few releases with issues. R8.63 was quickly replaced with .65, then .67, then .69, and finally R8.1.73.

R8.1.67 does address some reboot issues, but not having to do with voicemail messages. It wasn't around that long though so it wouldn't surprise me if that was an issue.
 
Thank you I have now gone through and upgraded the system everything now functions file running 8.1(79)
