Hi Guys. Im still learning vb.net and need to get the system properties off both xp and vista machines. (ie cpu size, ram, windows ver, HDD size and free space, etc) just wondering if there is a spot in the registry to get this information or is there another way? I've tried search the net but can't seem to find any information that is helpful. Any help is greatly
appreciated.
Thanks

You can get some of the information from System.Environment, but you can get a lot more using WMI.

This link may help you get started and also an overview

Hope this helps
