System prompt not playing mailbox ID

Using callpilot 5.0, none of my mailbox numbers are being played during system prompts. Example: user logs into mailbox after seeing MWI lit. User hears system prompt saying, "message from mailbox ... Received..." so where it should say the mailbox number there is only a pause. I can't find anything on this in the books or online?????? I'm about to office space the thing!
 
You know sometimes the best thing to do when you have quirky issues like this is to re-run configuration wizard. You can do so without loading languages.

I have seen this clear up tons of issues. You do have to do it afterhours has it is service interrupting.
